On November 5, 2015, Microsemi Corporation issued a press release reporting its fiscal fourth quarter 2015 results, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Pursuant to a board authorized share repurchase program, during the quarter ended September 27, 2015, Microsemi utilized $25.0 million to purchase 760,866 shares at an average price of $32.86.
