Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 28, 2004, IKON Office Solutions, Inc. (“IKON” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2004. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this report.
