Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 24, 2008, IKON Office Solutions, Inc. (the "Company" or "IKON") issued a press release announcing its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2008. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
