Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 24, 2013, FLIR Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing its (i) its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013, (ii) affirmation of expectations of revenue and earnings per share for the year ending December 31, 2013 as announced in the Company's news release issued on October 15, 2013, and (iii) the declaration of a quarterly dividend.

The news release issued October 24, 2013 is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report, and shall not be deemed to be filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act.
