Item 2.02.           RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On February 27, 2020, FLIR Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing (i) its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019 and (ii) financial outlook for revenue, adjusted operating income margin and adjusted earnings per diluted share for the full year ending December 31, 2020.

Item 7.01.           REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On February 27, 2020, the Company announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on March 20, 2020, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 6, 2020.
