Item 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On May 13, 2008, American Science and Engineering, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2008. A copy of the Press Release issued on May 13, 2008 regarding those results is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
