On January 22, 2025 Hexcel Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release in which the Company announced its financial results for its fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2024. A copy of this earnings press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
