On May 13, 2015, Arctic Cat Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release regarding the Registrant’s results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
Item 8.01Other Events.
On May 13, 2015, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on or about June 12, 2015 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 29, 2015, subject to the continued ability of the Registrant to meet the standards for declaring dividends as provided in the Minnesota Business Corporation Act. The full text of the press release announcing the dividend is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
