Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 13, 2021, Dynatronics Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting, among other things, financial results relating to the quarter ended March 31, 2021 (“Q3 FY’21”). Also, as previously announced by a press release issued on April 29, 2021, on May 13, 2021, the Company held a conference call and webcast with a slide presentation in which executives of the Company reviewed the Q3 FY’21 results.
