First Community Financial Corporation, the holding company for The First National Bank of Mifflintown, announced that unaudited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2009 showed a 9% increase in 2009 net income when compared to 2008. The Corporation issued a press release on February 17, 2010 titled “First Community Financial Corp. Posts Strong 2009 Results”, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
