Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 8, 2005, Mayor’s Jewelers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that reported financial results for the second fiscal quarter ended September 24, 2005. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
