Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is an earnings release for the three months ended September 30, 2007.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2007, the Company reported net income of $3.6 million or $0.65 per diluted share compared to net income of $3.5 million or $0.61 per diluted share for the quarter ended September 30, 2006.
