Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 2, 2006, Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. (“Infinity”) issued a press release providing an update of its operations and on March 7, 2006, Infinity issued a press release announcing its financial and operational results for the year ended December 31, 2005. Copies of the press releases are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 and are incorporated herein by reference.
