On February 22, 2023, Partners Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
