On October 29, 2024, TETRA Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a news release announcing a Brazil deepwater completion fluids award and its financial results for the third quarter of 2024. The news release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
