On May 16, 2007, Global Aircraft Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a Press Release announcing a brief statement about profitability for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 as well as statement announcing that the Company submitted a request for extension of time to file Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007. The May 16, 2007 Press Release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
