On July 31, 2020, WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2020. On July 28, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, payable on August 26, 2020 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 12, 2020.
