On February 12, 2009, Orthofix International N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “press release”) announcing, among other things, its results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2008, as well as, guidance for certain projected financial results for the Company for the full year of 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and attached hereto.
