On August 10, 2017, Kohl's Corporation issued a press release reporting its earnings for the quarter and six-month period ended July 29, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 8, 2017, the Kohl's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.55 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 20, 2017 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on September 6, 2017.
