On November 4, 2015, Avon Products, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the third quarter of 2015. The press release included the Company's consolidated statements of operations, consolidated balance sheets and consolidated statements of cash flows, and supplemental schedules, for the three-month and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2015.
