Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 25, 2010, Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (the “Company”) issued a News Release containing financial results of the Company (the “News Release”) and a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and property information of the Company (“Quarterly Financial Supplement”) for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2010. Among other things, the News Release reports a net loss of $0.10 and $0.65 per diluted share for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2010, respectively, as compared to net loss of $0.90 and $2.11 per diluted share for the three- and six-month periods ended September 30, 2009, respectively. A copy of the News Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Quarterly Financial Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and are each incorporated herein by reference.
