Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 13, 2020, VAALCO Energy, Inc. issued a press release providing an operational update including the successful completion of the South East Etame 2H workover and the release of the drilling rig used in its 2019/2020 drilling program. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
