Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On March 6, 2008 EasyLink Services International Corporation (the “Company”) announced the results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2008. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing such results dated March 6, 2008 is attached hereto as Exhibit 991.
