Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 2, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release addressing consolidated financial results for its fiscal first quarter ended June 30, 2007. That press release, dated August 2, 2007 and titled “Asyst Reports Results for First Quarter of Fiscal 2008,” is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
In conjunction with that press release, the Registrant conducted a conference call on August 2, 2007 to discuss those results with investors and financial analysts. A transcript of that conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
