Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 18, 2012, Southwest Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release reporting its results of operations and its financial condition for the quarter ended June 30, 2012. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99 to this report on Form 8-K. Southwest Bancorp will include final quarterly financial statements in its Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
