On April 19, 2012, Gardner Denver, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2012 and guidance for diluted earnings per share for the second quarter of 2012 and for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012 (the “Press Release”).
