ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On October 27, 2004, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc. (the "Company") announced via press release the Company's results for its third quarter ended September 26, 2004, and conducted a publicly-available conference call discussing those results. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On October 25, 2004, the Company announced via press release the Company's first broad-based price increase in four years. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
