ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On February 16, 2006, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Inc. (the "Company"), announced via press release its results for its fourth quarter and annual results for the periods ended January 1, 2006 and conducted a publicly-available conference call discussing those results. A copy of the Company's press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
