On October 26, 2005 Sparton Corporation issued a Press Release announcing shareowner voting results of the Annual Shareowners’ meeting and the financial results of the first quarter of fiscal year 2006 and a 5% stock dividend.
ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On October 26, 2005 Sparton Corporation, an Ohio Corporation (the “Company”), issued a Press Release (“Press Release”) announcing shareowners’ voting results, the financial results of the first quarter of fiscal year 2006, and a 5% stock dividend.
