Item 2.02	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
	On April 26, 2021, Covenant Logistics Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. The financial tables, including the non-GAAP reconciliations, were inadvertently omitted from the press release issued by the Company. Such tables have been included in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
