Item 2.02	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
	On October 25, 2023, Covenant Logistics Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. The press release included a typographical error for Total revenue in the Non-GAAP Reconciliation of Adjusted Operating Income and Adjusted Operating Ratio for the three months ended September 30, 2023, such typographical error was incorrectly reporting such number as "$69,7131" in the Non-GAAP Presentation and the correct number, as reflected in the attached press release, is "$69,713." A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
