On October 30, 2018, Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting, among other things, the Company’s 2018 third quarter results. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K and is incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
