On January 25, 2007, Breeze-Eastern Corporation (AMEX:BZC) reported its financial results for the third quarter of its fiscal year ending March 31, 2007.
Reference is made to the Company’s press release dated January 25, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
