The following table discloses compensation paid by the Company to the three highest-paid executive officers for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. No executive officer receives any incentive compensation related to the performance of the investment or lease portfolios. Each non-employee director is paid an annual retainer of $36,000 plus expenses for service on the Company’s Board. Directors who are employees of the Company do not receive any fees for their services as directors. There are no pension or retirement benefits accrued as part of expenses, or stock related compensation for any director or executive officer.
