The information in the table below is provided for services rendered to the Fund showing the amount of fees billed to the Fund during the Fund’s last two fiscal years by PwC. For engagement with PwC, the Audit Committee approved in advance all audit services and non-audit services that PwC provided to the Fund for its fiscal years ended December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023.

The following table shows certain compensation information for the Directors for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. All officers of the Fund are employees of and are compensated by Credit Suisse. None of the Fund’s executive officers or Directors who are also officers or directors of Credit Suisse received any compensation from the Fund for such period. The Fund has no bonus, profit sharing, pension or retirement plans.
