All of the current members of our committees are independent. Directors are expected to attend the annual meeting of shareholders and all or substantially all of the Board meetings and meetings of committees on which they serve. In 2023, each director attended at least 89% of the meetings of the Board and the total number of meetings held by any of the committees of the Board on which the director served during such director’s tenure.
