As of December 31, 2023, our short-term bank borrowings consist of working capital loans from Chuang Hwa Bank, and E. Sun Bank, each secured by time deposits held within the bank. These collateralized time deposits are classified as restricted cash on our combined balance sheet. The table below set forth the key commercial terms of the work capital loans as of 2023.

As of December 31, 2023, the short-term bank borrowings were collateralized loans from Chuang Hwa Bank, backed by time deposits held within the bank.
