The long-term bank borrowings were obtained from Chuang Hwa Bank. The credit borrowing was secured by the Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises and the guaranteed borrowing was guaranteed by the property and equipment of NT$27,047 and NT$ 23,739 as of December 31, 2022 and 2023, respectively (Note 8). As of December 31, 2023, the short-term bank borrowings were collateralized loans from Chuang Hwa Bank, backed by time deposits held within the bank. The aggregate principal amount of term loan issued to us on August 21, 2020 is NTD13,000,000 (U.S.$424,559), which is secured the property and equipment with a book value of NTD 27,047,000 (U.S.$883,312). The table below set out the key commercial terms of the two term loans.
