MedAire’s overall mission is to protect people as they work, travel and live beyond the reach of customary medical care. This mission is achieved by providing potential care givers the right combination of expertise, education and equipment to save lives and care for the ill. During the Annual General Meeting in Melbourne, Australia on May 26, 2006, Company Management outlined a strategy to return the Company to profitability. As a result of focusing on the overall mission and implementing these strategies, the Company posted a profit in the third and fourth quarters of 2006.
