On February 23, 2017, SAP SE, (“SAP”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of SAP SE recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of €1.25 per share for the fiscal year 2016 at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
