Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Effective January 31, 2019, William H. Hough, one of the Registrant’s named executive officers, is retiring from his position as Director of Retail Banking of Kentucky Bank, the Registrant's sole operating subsidiary. Also effective January 31, 2019, Shane Foley has been appointed Director of Retail Banking of Kentucky Bank. Both the Registrant and the Bank thank Mr. Hough for his many years of service.
