Pacifichealth Laboratories, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 10, 2009. At the meeting, Jason Ash, the Company’s CEO reported on the Company’s business and activities. A copy of the slides presented by Mr. Ash during his report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
