Item 8.01 Other Events
ACC Inquiry on Retail Electric Competition
As previously reported, in May 2013 the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) voted to open a docket to consider the possibility of implementing retail electric competition in Arizona. On September 11, 2013, the ACC voted to close the docket and did not take any steps to implement retail electric competition. We cannot predict if the ACC will consider retail electric competition in the future.
