On May 25, 2010, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. issued a press release announcing the results of its cash tender offer for up to $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 6.00% Senior Notes due 2012 and its 7.75% Senior Notes due 2013. A copy of the press release announcing the results of the tender offer is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
