Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Lexmark International, Inc. (“Lexmark”) will conduct its annual Analyst Day briefing for financial analysts and investors on Thursday, November 9, 2006.
The event will be held in the New York Stock Exchange boardroom. It will begin at 10:00 a.m. EST and will conclude at approximately 12:45 p.m. The event will be accessible live and as a replay via Lexmark’s investor relations Web site at http://investor.lexmark.com.
