Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 7, 2021, Riley Exploration Permian, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing an update to its enhanced oil recovery pilot project and that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company’s shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 21, 2021, and is expected to be paid on November 4, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1
