On February 5, 2004, Learning Tree International, Inc. (“Learning Tree”) adopted a 52- or 53-week fiscal year, changing its year-end date from September 30 to the Friday nearest the end of September. The change commences with Learning Tree’s second quarter of fiscal 2004.
