On March 15, 2007, Learning Tree International S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Learning Tree International, Inc., exercised a right to terminate its lease for the facility located at 10 rue Olof Palme (Batiment B), Clichy 92110 without penalty as of September 18, 2007.
