On June 18, 2007, we engaged BDO Seidman as our new independent registered public accounting firm. During our two most recent fiscal years, we did not consult with BDO Seidman regarding either: (i) the application of accounting principles to a specified transaction, either completed or proposed, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on our financial statements; or (ii) any matter that was either the subject of a disagreement or a reportable event, each as defined in paragraph (a)(1) of Item 304 of Regulation S-K.
