On October 3, 2012, Learning Tree International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Special Committee (the “Special Committee”) of the Company’s Board of Directors, the formation of which was previously disclosed by the Company, has retained Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated as its independent financial advisor.
